Economic Impact of the Henry County Saddle Club

Teresa Williams from IU health once again provided a fun and informative presentation on helmet safety and presented a free helmet to one of our 4-H members as part of the UI Health Helmet Giveaway. She will be joining as again during 4-H week to teach our 4-Hers how to create their own “HellHats” (Combining a cowboy hat and a helmet.) If anyone has any old hats they would like to donate for them to use please contact us!
We are thrilled she will be back again in 2025 for our March combined meeting with 4-H!

New Castle Armory Information
The City of New Castle has recently renovated the old National Guard Armory located at 1537 Grand Ave. The New Castle Armory is now being utilized as a community center to host community events, wedding receptions, concerts, luncheons, meetings, etc. The New Castle Armory's occupancy capacity is 500 and features an open gym concept, kitchen, men and women's restrooms, and a basement created for sports teams to practice.
If you have any questions about reserving the Armory for an event or for sports practice, please call the Mayor's Office at 765-529-7605 or come to the Mayor's Office located at 227 North Main Street.

Spaghetti with Meatballs in Marinara and Lasagna Bolognese are made in house, daily. We also feature specialties such as the Bistro Steak, Salmon Risotto, Chicken Parmesan or Chicken Piccatta. We are open Wednesday through Saturday for lunch and dinner and feature daily lunch combinations of our delicious salads, sandwiches and soups, as well as frequent dinner and drink specials.
